• 20/21st - FEAST OF SAINT ISIDORO AND THE BEAN FESTIVAL -
  Lunamatrona, Parco Sa Turritta

• 4th/10th - RITES OF PASSION AND HOLY WEEK - Cagliari
  suggestive religious and sacred rites which reflect ancient traditions, held in the churches and streets of the historical districts.
  
  
• 4th April - THE PASSION - Lunamatrona
  Theatrical representation of the passion.
  

• 1st/4th - FESTIVAL OF SANT'EFISIO - Cagliari/Pula (Nora)
  The pilgrimage which carries the statue of saint Efisio from Cagliari to Nora shows off all the traditional costumes from all over Sardinia with dancing and carabinieri on horseback "traccas" (carts) and musical groups. The pilgrimage returns on 4th May at night.
  
  
• 1st/2nd - EXHIBITION OF WILD HERBS, TRADITIONAL ARTS AND CRAFTS - Ussaramanna
  Exhibition of wild herbs classified into medicinal, aromatic, condiment and those for the health.
  
  
• 15th/16th - FEAST OF SAINT ISIDORO, FARMER - Collinas
  
  
• 16th - SPRING BY BIKE - Lunamatrona
  Bike ride or walk, cleaning up the woods and lunch of "malloreddus" and roast meat.
  
  
• 30th - WINE CELLARS OPEN DAY - Dolianova - Serdiana - Senorbi - Settimo S.P.
  Visits to wine cellars with tasting and guided tours.
  

• 1st half of the month - THE CHERRY FESTIVAL - Burcei
  
  
• 6th - FESTIVAL TO CELEBRATE FARMERS AND SHEPHERDS - Collinas
  A get together with lunch of malloreddus, mutton and typical Sardinian products (wine, cheese, cakes). Musical evening and pizza.
  
  
• 20th - "SA BADRUNFA E SU TIRALLASTICCU" competition
  BEAN AND "IS SITZIGORREDDUS" FESTIVAL (snails from S.Giovanni) - Lunamatrona
  
  
• 24th - FEAST OF SAINT JOHN THE BAPTIST - Pula
  
  
• End of June - FESTIVAL OF THE HARVESTING AND THRESHING OF WHEAT - Turri
  Demonstration of harvesting and threshing in the traditional way.
  

• 2nd half of the month - SA PANADA FESTIVAL (typical Sardinian pie) and TRADITIONAL WEDDING - Assemini
  
  
• 30th July 2nd August - IS PARIGLIAS - Assemini
  Folk festival with Sardinian groups.
  

• Beginning of August - THE GOAT FESTIVAL - Burcei
  
  
• 1st half of August - SAGRA DE SU PANI, CASU E BINU A RASU (bread, cheese and wine produced locally) DONKEY RACE - Genuri
  
  
• 9th-11th August - FEAST OF SAINT LORENZO - Ussaramanna
  Procession to the church with an ox drawn cart, accompanied by folk groups playing launeddas and goggius.
  
  
• 14th - FEAST OF SAINT MARIA - Lunamatrona

• 1st half of the month - SAGRA DE SA SIMBUA FRITTA CUN SATIZZU (fried durum wheat withsausage) - Villanovaforru
  
  
• 5th - MELON FESTIVAL AND SCARECROW EXHIBITION - Turri
  Melon tasting with cured ham. Exhibition of scarecrows.
  
  
• 7th-9th September - FEAST OF S.MARIA DI SIBIOLA - Serdiana
  Procession to the church (romanico-pisana art from the XII century).Folk groups, 'traccas' and fireworks concludine with the sheep festival.
  
  
• 12th -TRADITIONAL WEDDING - Selargius
  
  
• 12th/17th - FEAST OF SAINT ELENA IMPERATRICE - Quartu Sant'Elena
  Impressive religious festival with exhibition of local products and grape festival.
  

• 7th - SAFFRON FESTIVAL - Turri
  Conference on saffron and medicinal plants. Saffron market with typical products and crafts. Guided visits to saffron fields and demonstrations of saffron production. Tasting of typical saffron dishes.
