  Tasting of typical dishes from Cagliari: burrida (dog fish in walnut sauce), scabecciu (fish marinated in vinegar), mixed fried fish.
  
  
• 5th - THE MELON, MALVASIA AND SHEEP FESTIVAL - Lunamatrona
  Market with malvasia (Italian sweet wine) and melons , tasting of local products, dinner with mutton, accompanied by music.

  Conference on saffron and medicinal plants. Market with saffron and typical products. Visits to saffron fields and demonstrations of saffron production. Tasting of typical dishes based around saffron.
