Teulada Beach
Continuing along the SS 195 road, we come to the town of Teulada
and the dark grey, limestone promontory of the same name, which rises
up for about 40 m.
From here visitors can admire the fine, white, sandy beach below. The
beach is about 70 m wide and its splendid dunes, formed by the wind,
can reach a height of 30 m..
The surrounding vegetation is mainly made up of pine trees and Mediterranean
shrub, while the sandy shore reveals the presence of sea turtles, which
seem to have chosen this beach to lay their eggs.

A large expanse of the area is registered as a natural reserve and has
remained totally unspoilt since it is also part of a secure military
base.
The area is equipped with all modern services and facilities for bathers
and water-sports enthusiasts.
