- Vermentino
this wine dates back to the times of the Republic of Genoa and is
typical of the Gallura region. Vermentino di Gallura was classified
D.O.C. (Controlled Denomination of Origin) in 1975 and D.O.C.G. (Controlled
and Guaranteed Denomination of Origin) in 1996 and is listed among
the quality wines since the quantity produced is limited. About 70%
is sold on the Sardinian market, while the remaining 30% is sold on
the Italian mainland and abroad.

- Moscato
Moscato di Gallura is a slightly sweet wine with a delicate bouquet.
It is straw-coloured and is ideal as an after dinner drink to accompany
the delicious traditional desserts of the Gallura region.
- Nebbiolo
The Nebbiolo wine was imported to Gallura from Piedmont around 1930.
This ruby red wine has an alcohol content of 11°. It has a dry
flavour and is the perfect accompaniment for roast dishes.
