S'Arena Scoada Beach
This marvellous beach looks almost tropical. It gets its curious name
from an incorrect interpretation of the original name of "S'aena
scoada", which means 'donkey without a tail'.
It later became know as 'S'Arena Scoada' because of the similarity to
the word for shore ('s'arena').
It nestles in a fascinating natural environment and boasts a spectacular
panorama. The large beach, with its fine, golden sand and shallow, emerald
water, is very peaceful, even in peak season, thanks to the vastness of
the coastline.
