Spiaggia di S. Giovanni di Sinis
The beach of S. Giovanni is situated to the north of Capo S. Marco,
a promontory which, together with Capo Frasca, forms the Gulf of Oristano.
Not far away from this splendid beach visitors can admire the ancient
Phoenician-Punic city of Tharros,
one of the most important archaeological areas in Sardinia.

The beach is immersed in wild, natural surroundings and boasts a magnificent
panorama. It is covered in fine, white sand and the deep, transparent
sea is a beautiful shade of green. It is equipped with all the necessary
services and is always very peaceful, even in high season, thanks to
the vastness of the shoreline.
